Setup Instructions

Step 1: Obtain Extensiv Credentials

Contact your 3PL Customer Success Manager to obtain integration credentials:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Customer ID
- Facility ID

Step 2: Create Extensiv Warehouse in Fulfil

  1. Navigate to Inventory & Stock > Locations
  2. Click Setup New Location
  3. Select Warehouse and configure:
  4. Type: 3PL
  5. 3PL Source: Extensiv
  6. Structure: As required for your operations
  7. Click Create

Step 3: Connect to Extensiv

  1. Open your Extensiv warehouse in Fulfil
  2. Click the three-dot action menu and select Connect to 3PL
  3. Enter your Extensiv credentials:
  4. Client ID: Your Extensiv API username
  5. Client Secret: Extensiv API secret
  6. Customer ID: Your unique customer identifier
  7. Facility ID: The facility ID to map to this Fulfil warehouse
  8. Click Connect

Step 4: Enable 3PL Schedules

Configure automated synchronization between Fulfil and Extensiv:

  1. Scroll to 3PL Schedules section in warehouse settings
  2. Click + to add schedules for each action:

For Fulfillment:
- Send customer shipments: Sends assigned shipments to Extensiv (recommended: 15 minutes)
- Get customer shipment advices: Retrieves tracking numbers and marks shipments as done

For Receiving:
- Send supplier shipments: Exports draft supplier shipments to Extensiv
- Get inventory receipts: Marks supplier shipments as received

  1. Select an interval for each schedule or enter custom timing
  2. Click Save
