Features in Fulfil

Multi-Channel Fulfillment

Route orders from Shopify, custom storefronts, Amazon, and wholesale channels to FBA for unified fulfillment. Perfect for brands selling across multiple platforms who want to consolidate inventory at Amazon.

Delivery Speed Options

Choose from three delivery speeds based on customer expectations and order value. Use automation rules to automatically assign Priority shipping to high-value orders or Expedited to VIP customers.

Inventory Synchronization

FBA inventory levels automatically sync to Fulfil and flow to connected sales channels like Shopify. Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across all platforms without manual updates.

Blank Box Packaging

Enable blank box fulfillment for orders where you don't want Amazon branding. Additional fees apply, but this maintains your brand identity for non-Amazon orders.

Partial Fulfillment Handling

If Amazon partially fulfills an order, Fulfil automatically splits the shipment, marking fulfilled items as complete with tracking while keeping unfulfilled items in assigned status until shipped.

Pricing Considerations

MCF charges per-unit fulfillment fees based on product size, weight, and delivery speed. Fees are typically higher than standard FBA fees. Review Amazon's MCF pricing before enabling.

Cost Optimization Tips:
- Use Standard delivery when possible to minimize fees
- Bundle items to reduce per-unit costs
- Consolidate inventory to reduce long-term storage fees

Limitations

  • Higher Fees: MCF costs more than standard FBA fulfillment
  • Pre-Kitted Bundles Required: MCF doesn't support on-the-fly bundling. Bundles must be pre-assembled and sent to FBA as complete SKUs
  • Amazon Branding: Default packaging includes Amazon branding (blank box option available for extra fee)
  • Product Must Be In FBA: Items must already be stored in Amazon's fulfillment network
