Who we are

Hey there,

I'm Sharoon Thomas, though most people call me ST. I'm the co-founder and CEO of Fulfil.

Before starting Fulfil a decade ago, my co-founders and I spent years as ERP consultants. We implemented systems for all kinds of companies. The work was fine, but something bothered me. When we worked with DTC brands, we'd watch them burn through their implementation budgets just getting basic integrations to work: Shopify to the ERP, Amazon to the ERP, their 3PL to the ERP. All through third-party middleware that would break when they needed it most.

Then there'd be nothing left to actually configure the system for what made their business unique. The basics should just work. That realization led us to build Fulfil.

Years of consulting taught me something else: successful ERP implementations need three things. The right customer: someone who actually needs an ERP now and knows what they're solving for. The right team: people who understand the industry and can move at the right pace. And the right product for that specific business. Before Fulfil, getting all three was rare. Companies bought ERPs too early. Implementation teams built for healthcare moved too slow for brands dropping products every Tuesday. The wrong software got matched with the wrong customer.

At Fulfil, we finally have all three lined up. Merchants who care about being efficient. Software built for how DTC actually works. A team that's obsessed with these problems.

We've been bootstrapped and cash-flow positive since we started. Ten years now. Still founder-run. We're not trying to be the biggest ERP or get acquired. We're building a profitable business that serves customers well.

Here's the thing about ERPs: they have a terrible reputation. Painful implementations. Bloated systems. Consultants billing by the hour. But every successful company past a certain size has one. If ERPs are so bad, why does everyone need one? Because running a real business at scale requires a system that connects inventory, orders, accounting, and warehousing. The question isn't whether you need an ERP. It's whether yours works for you or against you.

I am always happy to help you figure out these answers and you can reach me at st@fulfil.io. Thanks for reading.
