How It Works

Cycle counts: Fulfil imports MasonHub inventory snapshots as cycle counts, so stock in Fulfil reflects what MasonHub reports on hand.

Cancellations: Cancelling a customer shipment in Fulfil sends a cancellation request to MasonHub. The shipment stays in Waiting Cancellation until MasonHub resolves it. If the order has already shipped, MasonHub's message shows on the shipment as a cancellation error.

Serial numbers: Serial numbers that MasonHub scans at pack are captured from shipping advices and recorded against the inventory movements.

Advance ship notices: ASNs sent to MasonHub include the tracking number and tracking URL when the shipment has them.
