How access works

You keep the permissions you already have.

Your user, your rights.

Every request runs as your own Fulfil user, matched to your Slack account by email. Slackbot can only reach records you can already open in Fulfil.

You approve each tool.

Slack asks before a tool runs and remembers your answer per tool. You can review or revoke those choices at any time from Slackbot's settings.

Read at the moment you ask.

Answers come from your Fulfil workspace in real time. This gateway routes the request to your workspace and stores no ERP data. It keeps only the link between your Slack and Fulfil workspaces.
