Fulfil imports your Stripe payouts automatically, along with the balance transactions inside them. Customer payments auto-reconcile by matching the amount, reference number, and GL account to the payment gateway transaction imported from your sales channel, with no journal entry needed. The payout deposit into your bank is reconciled with a bank rule set to Transfer.

Fulfil connects to Stripe through Stripe Connect OAuth and imports payout settlements plus the individual balance transactions, each with its processing fees. To charge and refund customer credit cards directly from Fulfil, you set Stripe up as a payment gateway (Provider Stripe, Method Credit Card - Stripe) using your publishable and API keys.

Yes. Once Stripe is configured as a payment gateway, you can capture credit cards directly in Fulfil for wholesale orders, phone orders, and manual transactions. You add the specific Fulfil users who are allowed to charge and refund cards through that gateway.

You generate a payment link that customers can pay online, and the payment syncs back to the originating order in Fulfil automatically. This is useful for B2B invoices and phone orders where you are not capturing the card yourself.

You choose the charge timing. Cards can be charged at order confirmation or when the order ships, and you set this per channel or per customer. That gives you control over authorization and capture rather than a single fixed rule.

Fees import with each balance transaction. When you configure a Fees Account on your Stripe bank, Fulfil books the fees automatically as the settlement imports, debiting your fees expense account and crediting the Stripe bank account. Without a Fees Account, you record the fees manually.
